The Nostalgia Series is available at introductory project pricing for a limited number of sessions this fall. Each session includes a blend of digital photography and authentic 35mm film, creating a one-of-a-kind gallery filled with timeless, heartfelt imagery.
Each session includes:
- 45-minute session at a curated Northern Colorado location
- 10 professionally edited digital images delivered within 48 hours
- One roll of professionally scanned & refined 35mm film images (typically 20–30 final images depending on the session)
- Print release

What does "hybrid photography" mean?
Hybrid photography means your session will be photographed using both a digital camera and a 35mm film camera. You’ll receive a curated gallery of digital images along with professionally scanned film photographs that have the natural grain, color, and character that make film so special.
Why choose film photography?
Film has a way of slowing everything down. Each frame is captured intentionally, creating images with a nostalgic quality and timeless feel. Film isn’t about perfection—it’s about preserving the emotion, connection, and beauty of the moment as it happened.
Will my entire session be photographed on film?
These sessions are designed to be a true hybrid experience. I’ll photograph your session digitally while also intentionally capturing moments on 35mm film throughout. This allows you to have the security of a complete digital gallery while still experiencing the magic of film.
How many images will I receive?
The Nostalgia Series includes 10 professionally edited digital images, plus your scanned 35mm film images (typically around 20–30 final film images depending on the roll and session).
Do I need to know how to pose for film?
Absolutely not! My approach has always been focused on genuine connection over stiff posing. I’ll guide you throughout the session while leaving plenty of room for natural interactions, movement, and moments that feel like you.
When will I receive my images?
Digital images will be delivered within 48 hours. Film images require additional processing and scanning, so they will be delivered as soon as they are returned from the lab & I have had a chance to make any thoughtful adjustments that I see as necessary.
